Symphony of the Senses
Watford Museum, Lower High Street, Watford
Drop in to a unique sensory experience and create your own world of colour and music through movement. Large fabric 'sails' fill the space and reflect and mix colours and light that you create yourself.
Learn how to create whole orchestras of sound with just your hands, feet or literally any part of your body - moving over special infrared sensors. Sound-paintings can also be played by moving your hands over the surface and you can "paint" rainbows of colour around the space.
This installation at Watford Museum replaces the cancelled ColourDome event that was due to be held in the event space in late September. Sessions are aimed primarily at those with special educational needs but is free for anyone to attend.
